You can take a scan of any image and convert it to wireframe (vector format)
using Corel OCR-Trace. The purpose would be to reduce the size of the file
and
to allow zooming in without showing large pixels. But then it could only be
viewed using Corel Draw, not with the Netscape browser. I guess I don't
understand what they are doing.
