P3D Re: Manual Fed

I have talked to Fed about both this and an aperture priority version
but the stereo cameras have not been a great success for them.  They are
now concentrating on improving production and quality methods for their
current cameras.  There does seem to be an improvement on that front
based on the most recent cameras I have imported for resale.
