Sounds like a good idea to me.  Perhaps all lab employees should be paid on a 
commission or bonus scale: incentives to those who find & retain customers, 
penalties for those who lose or drive away customers.
(Aside to Dottle: suggest this to Gruber, just don't mention my name)

Lamentable but common.  We especially should be familiar with this...when it 
comes to stereo, how many of our friends & family, much less the general 
population, "get it"?

Also too common.  All it takes is for one staff member to be disorganised 
(even temporarily).  Since they "re-appeared" so soon, I wouldn't call them 
lost, just misplaced.
