Mine is not that strong either.  I push it to the extreme
ON PURPOSE because the other side has taken over and many
people think that over-adjusing the projector knobs is
the recommended way of doing things.  I want to put this
mentality under question.  Now that McKay is dead, I don't
hear anyone make this point any more :-)
