Polls are a standard feature of 'Onelist'. Anybody can start its own. I don't
think this has anything to do with the moderators.

Actually there are four questions :

1) Attachments. They belong in the files area (IMHO)
2) Retakes of previous posts. Sorry if I didn't make myself clear
   enough. What you can see for yourself on a regular basis is that
   large parts of previous posts (or even complete posts) are often
   'cited' together with a two-line answer/comment
3) Yahoo ads. I'm quite sure they 'come in free' if you use Yahoo as
   your ISP.
4) Visa ads are an intrinsic part of Onelist (I think)
