If you mean "up North" as in Canada, ;-) we have two Wal*Marts in Montreal!
To make this sort of a 3-D thread, that is the only place that had those
small inexpensive corner rounder punch for rounding the corners of Stereo
cards. I had tried art & supply stores, etc. with no luck. They had never
heard of such a thing. Wal*Mart had them, but the clerk in the stationary/
school supplies dept. didn't know what I was talking about either. I finally
found it in the other side of the store in the crafts dept. :-)
