Ray,

Thanks for the heads up. While at the book store the readers of this
list might want to check out these other 3D items:

*Sports Illustrated Magazine. You have until the end of the month
to pick up your 3D copy of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue.
*Guitar World Magazine. If you remember last fall, Guitar World
had a 3D issue. The 3D that time was the work of Ray ‘3D’ Zone.
Guitar World has another 3D issue out on the stands now. It is the
June 2000 issue. This time someone from American Paper Optics
produced the 3D conversions.
*Waves Magazine. Not at any local book stores, but a February
2000 issue of this Australian surfer magazine was produced in 3D
with the help of our very own Ray ‘3D’ Zone.
*3D Bugs. 3D Bugs comes with cool shaped 3D plastic glasses
(butterfly) and is the same size as the book I called the world's
largest 3D book. It was entitled The 3D Dinosaur book and it
measured almost 15 inches by 23 inches. The book was a reworking
of the 3D pictures and dinosaur facts that had been included in
The Humongous Book of Dinosaurs. That book had been a
compilation of the Atlas editions of ‘Dinosaurs!’. The 3D Dinosaur
Book was produced by Torment in Montreal and could have
been found at traveling book sales. It is also produced by Torment,
but was available through the Barnes and Noble books network.
They were priced at $14.98, but were being closed out.
* Walking With Dinosaurs – 3D Dinosaurs. This BBC book from
Dorling Kindersley Publishing in New York contains amazing
realistic images – as seen on the Discovery Channel! (it says so
right on the cover). Also over-sized it is almost 12 by 16 inches.
Seen at Barnes and Nobles and Border's Books for $9.95 prepriced.
*Non-Sport Update. This magazine's (Vol.11, No.2 April-May 2000)
cover story is on the 3D Star Wars Episode 1 lenticular cards.
*Paranoia. The Summer 2000 is of this magazine has a What's my Line
cast shot on the cover, with anaglyph glasses added to most in the
photo. Nothing else 3D about this magazine!?!

Thanks for the time,
