Your "problem" was checking in art & supply stores.  Check craft stores
in their photo album or scrapbook section.  Walmart has a fine selection
of photo book supplies (corner punches, fancy border sissors, etc) as
well as most other craft stores.  We have Michaels, M.J. Designs and
Hobby Lobby in the area here and all have a wide variety of corner
cutters for photos.  So, if you get bored with the rounded corners, try
some fancy cut corners.
