Thank you for the kind review.  I am happy to make these formulas and ideas more accessible.  

While I am indebted to John Bercovitz's mathematical genius, at first I found it hard to understand 
the technical details.  Mostly, my contribution is merely to write these words and spreadsheets in 
plain English.
