[photo-3d] Ray Zone is right, 3-D movie

Ray Zone was right when he said that the 3-D Imax
movie, Journey of Man is beautiful. I just saw it
this week. I really think if there is an Imax within
driving distance from your home you should see it.
There are a few slow bits, but for the most part it is
full of amazing visuals. I even think that it had a
stronger story than many of the other Imax movies.
One thing I noticed was how sharp the picture was and
of course there was a fantastic amount of detail. It
had been a while since I had seen an Imax movie, and
now I wish most of the better 2d movies were shot in
Imax, if not 3-D. I have gotten so used to Provia
100F having the appearance of no grain that when I go
see a regular movie, the grain drives me nuts.
Does any one on this list (maybe Ray?) know if there
is a Star Trek 3-D Imax coming any time soon? I have
heard that it was in the making for quite some time.
