Re: [photo-3d] self running ektagraphics

There are several automatic controllers for multiple Ektagraphics for rent
and for sale at A/V (Audio/Visual) companies in most cities. Perhaps
someone in the group may be in the business or know some names and sources.
Incidentally, another thing to watch out for is image alignment. Usually
Ekatagraphics (which are sold in the professional market) are more rugged
and better at this than the Carousels (which are considered consumer items).
However, even Ektagraphics should be checked, as the slide holding gate can
get sloppy after time with use.
A simple test is to load trays with slides, or even empty slide frames. You
can use your existing remotes, or even the on-projector controls for this
right now, just for the test.
Move the projector close enough (or, if equipped with zoom lenses, use the
zoom control) such that the image area is smaller than the screen size (all
edges of the slide image area can be seen).
Line up both projectors so that these images are coincident at the edges.
Cycle through the trays, and see if these edges remain superimposed for all
of the slides.
If not, you may have to have the projectors serviced.
