[photo-3d] 3D video editing question

i shoot 3d stereoscopic video using a Sony hi8 camcorder and a Nu-View
lens attachment. i have great pop up, pop out 3d footage. however i cant
seem to find an editing system that keeps the stereoscopic 3d in the
editing process . we have tried the state of the art video editing
system, Apple G4 with FINAL CUT PRO software. we loose the 3d effect
when we try to slowmtion, or any editing. do you know of any video
editing system that keeps the 3d effect?       thanks
