I guess you don't count any of the 3 lens lenticular disposables, the
reusable 3 lens lenticular (3-D Wizard?), or the Loreo?  The Loreo at
least was marketed in the Discovery stores and catalogs.

I don't think any of today's major camera manufacturers has ever done
a dedicated stereo camera.  Pentax of course has its splitter, but
that's an attachment to a regular camera.

Externally twinning digicams would probably be tricky.  There is
significant lag time between pressing the shutter and the camera
taking the picture.
