Do you not count Kodak?

I think the biggest obstacle to stereo photography has always been mounting and viewing, not the taking.  Digital stereo could solve these problems in a number of ways.  For one thing, there's no processing or mounting to worry about.  Also, there's a host of possible viewing apparatus, including LCD goggles, "Virtual Boy" type left-right monitors, or even just a screen with a lorgnette or View-Magic viewer.

I think all of the above would indeed help increase acceptence for digital stereo photography.
