The online pdf file for convention registration has

BUS TOURS MONDAY, JULY 24

but Monday is the 23rd. Which is the correct date? If the tours 
are actually on Monday, participants have to forgo seeing most 
anything shown at the Adams Mark that day. The tentative 
schedule says workshops and birds-of-a-feather sessions are 
on from the 19th through the 23rd. When does it become clear 
exactly what is presented on the various days, and at various 
times? Is scheduling fairly exact? Is there any more specific 
info available now about the content and programming of the 
convention, that would help greenhorns (like myself) make 
plans?  :>)
