I guess I don't know for sure, but my Speed Graphic bellows sure looks
like leather.  But then I have a very early Speed Graphic.  I think it's
the Anniversary model.  It has no front tilt and just a plain back not
a Graphlex back.  Later models could very well have some synthetic.

Another idea if you are not sure the bellows is light tight is to keep
it covered with your darkcloth while the film is in the camera.
