I selenium tone almost all of my prints, and I have considerable difficulty
in finding, mixing or whatever an appropriate shade of SPOTONE. I use
primarily Agfa Multigrade papers.

Sometimes I touch up to get rid of dust particles, or to tone down or
eliminate a shine from a persons face. The slightly bluish/greyish Spotone
can be quite noticeable on someone's nose when the rest of their face has
this slightly reddish selenium tone to it.
Claiming it to be the result of alcoholic excesses on either the part of
the subject or photographer doesn't always work.

Any suggestions as to what can be used?
