  Reel 3D sells a dual release for $50.
Made in Germany so it may be good quality.
Haven't tried it.

  With my fireworks shots I get good sync
by rapidly pressing (and releasing) the
cable release in each hand. Usually the
fireworks streaks are perfectly aligned
(both same length).
